In August 2009 we held our first one-month LIGHT training in Italy. One of our invited teachers was the Euro-africa division health director, Dr. Viriato Ferreira. We were also visited by the Italian Union President, Daniele Benini, who gave us his support and prayers. This was the first of this type of training held in Italy. The course was held in San Leo at a 14th century organic farm house. What a blessing to overlook the Italian landscape and teach the wonderful truths given to us through inspiration.
I first learned about the Seventh-day Adventists in Italy when i was 21 years old from the Olivucci family, owners of this classic farm house on a hill.
This farm is used to teach others about sustainable agriculture and country living and is definitely a lighthouse on a hill in Italy!
